Well Fed On the Town

What is the first thing that comes to mind when you see the word Chocolate? What about when someone speaks about supporting The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation?  How about the two of them together?  What?  Fabulous?  Brilliant?  That’s what I thought. And, it’s all about to be true at Chocolate! 2009, right here in Atlanta on June 18^th at Villa Christina.

The event will include chocolate tastings from the city’s leading pastry chefs. “Experience martini tastings, a full dinner buffet, chocolate beer and a chocolate espresso cart.” The list of tasting sponsors and participating restaurants is phenomenal, and the ticket price seems unreal for an evening like this. When I saw the tempting silent auction items, I wondered what bill I could forgo this month.  Virginia Willis in my home, cooking?  Ooohwee!

All you can eat chocolate bar, top of the line auction items, social networking, whatever the reason, attend and support a wonderful cause.
