Well Fed On the Town

Ron Ben-Israel, renowned sugar artist and creator of phenomenal couture wedding cakes, is offering a a three-day hands-on class on the art of sugar flowers. Specifically, instruction will cover techniques for making Cattleya orchids, calla lilies, poppies, sweet peas, and roses.

The class will take place at The International Culinary Center on Thursday, May 14 – Saturday, May 16, 2009, 9:00am - 5:00pm. Tuition is $1,125 and includes uniform and materials fee. Tools and equipment will be provided for in-class use. Click here for more info.
