Event: Cooking for Solutions, Monterey, California
If you happen to be lucky enough to live in the Monterey, California area or are nearby enough to stop in for a visit, then you may want to pencil in the dates of May 15-16th on your calendar. A group of fantastic celebrity chefs will be coming together to celebrate sustainable cuisine in a Cooking for Solutions event.
Join such culinary luminaries as Alton Brown, Michel Nischan, Alexandra Guarnaschelli and Thomas Keller, among others, for two days jam-packed of exciting culinary events. Over sixty restaurants and 55 top-notch wineries will featured, as well as a wonderful selection of organic and sustainable food and wine.
