Well Fed On the Town

Down in the Flatiron district of New York is a catering business with a bustling storefront and cafe. Unfortunately, I haven’t actually been to Spoon yet, however, I have had the pleasure of trying their housemade apple butter.

It is too good. With little meaty chunks of apples and a creaminess to the apple butter, it’s just perfection on toast.
